Great Preston had already been confirmed as champions and got onto the field against Adwalton long enough to score 75-1 before rain washed the game out. This was long enough though, for Preston's Australian Matt King to score the 7 he needed to reach 1,000 runs for the season. He went to score 37* to finish on 1,030 runs at an average of an impressive 128.75. Adwalton confirmed third place at the end of a season that has seen them emerge as the leagues most improved side.
Bottom side Crossbank Methodists finished the season in style with an excellent winning draw against East Leeds. James Abbott was again amongst the wickets with 3-39 for Meths as East Leeds posted 141-9, with Dean Atkinson scoring 39. Crossbank chased the total down for the loss of 4 wickets with valuable contributions from Alan Firth (52) and James Coulborn (27). Shamoon Mushtaq took 2-30. The remaining game between Mirfield and Gildersome was abandoned without a ball being bowled.
