With the demise of Pollington A and Caribbean B there are now 2 clubs each week without a match in Division 4. From this coming Saturday 29th May a revised list of matches for the teams that would have been playing Caribbean B and Pollington A has been devised. The list is shown below. With regard to the teams who missed matches between weeks 3 and 6 Woodkirk A have been awarded 6 points because they turned up to play at Farnley Hall Park but the ground was unfit for cricket. The other 4 teams (East Leeds A, Gildersome A, Netherton A and Hopton Mills A) are to be given the opportunity of a new match each to be played on a Sunday to be agreed in order to ensure that all teams will have played the same number of games by the end of the season.
It has now been decided that the 6 Sunday matches WILL NOT be subject to the weather on the day before.  If the Sunday match is cancelled due to weather then the normal rule applies even if the day before was not weather affected. Normal league points will apply.
All clubs with a team in Division 4 have been informed.
Since no new clubs have applied to join the CYCL promotion and relegation will be as per rule. i.e. 2 up and 2 down. The situation with regard to Pollington will be discussed at the Management meeting.
