Passed as a true record, Proposed R West, Seconded D Sykes.
Matters arising
There is no provision for fielding points on the cards, prizes will be decided just on catches taken.
Secretary's report
- Letter from Heavy Woollen Junior Cricket League, thanking the Association for donation.
- Letter from Geoff Parkes re his resignation from the Association.
- E-Mail from Brian Wilcox re rule on rain delays in matches. This will be looked at for next year to make it easier to understand.
- E-Mail from Steven Wood in reply to our E-mail re YCB ECB Branch Structure, Secretary to contact Philip Radcliffe to discuss.

CYCL report
- EGM had been held to announce new clubs for2010, - Pollington, Caribbean, Netherton, Oulton, Methley 3rd.
- Mount & Saville Stars were rejected. This will mean 5 divisions of 12.
- Barry P had distributed changes to Cup rules regarding games where weather interferes. Brian Atkinson said whilst he agreed that the rule needed altering, he was not happy that the rule had been changed at this stage of the season and not at an AGM. Kenny K said it needed doing, better sooner than later.

2 new umpires were due to be interviewed
Appointments Secretary
Fixtures handed out, Sunday 14th June - away sides are wrong. Reports about wides were being received, please read rule and be consistent. Rule applies in Premier and First Division only. Please inform K K if your Cup game is rearranged and you cannot stand.
Child Welfare Officer
No report, all outstanding checks in hand.
Any other business
- Brian Wilcox explained the reasoning behind deducting overs in the second innings of a rain affected match.
- D Morris said this rule may need clarification in next years handbook.
- Brian Atkinson said the back of the handbook has guidance on how to deduct overs in cup matches.
- Barry Matthewman asked about suspect bowling actions - Carlton player. Batley player is being investigated.
- Get Team sheets signed by either the Captain or a Club Official
- D Morris had had an E-Mail re Woodkirk's match on 6th June this will be played at Nostell.
- Harry Ellis passed on a message re White Rose match A Lightfoot and R Butchard to stand.
- Match referee to be appointed to make decision on matches if Captains can't agree. Clubs will be notified.
- D Morris is compiling statistics for League, if anyone has handbooks for 1989 and 1961, please contact him.
- D Sykes mentioned reports in newspapers of specific incidents, this should not be happening.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 8-30pm
Next meeting will be 25th June 2009 at Ossett CC commencing at 7-30pm
