List Of Reasons For Which Fines May Be Levied (rev.2008)

1. Failure to return Cups and Trophies by the last Thursday in July, and in good condition as designated - £25 .
2. Failure to return Club averages by the 30th September - £25
3. Failure to pay League Subscriptions by 31st March - £25
4. For disciplinary offences by Clubs and Players under the Spirit of the Game, although more severe Penalties may be imposed by the Disciplinary Recorder as per the offence.
5. Failure to attend an Executive Meeting - £25
6. Failure to attend the Annual General Meeting - £25
7. Failure to send both Captain’s or deputies for the annual Captains/Umpires pre Season Meeting - £25
8. Failure to provide an Umpire for a 2nd XI game, or other game if necessary - Fine equivalent to the minimum of the Umpire’s Match Fee.
9. Failure to complete an Umpires Report Card and return it by post or email by Friday noon, for the previous weekend's Saturday fixture. Sunday or Monday Fixtures will be allowed the extra days grace - £5 for the offending Club.
   After three offences in that season by a club (i.e. in relation to first or second Xl) the penalty to increase to £10 from £5.

    Failure to start a Match at the designated time - Fine for the offending club at £2 per minute.
11. Failure to fulfil a Fixture with no satisfactory explanation, £25 for a first offence, with subsequent increases as designated
12. Failure to complete the 50 overs in the 3 hours allocated or Pro Rata rate, with allowances for special circumstances, this will not allow for Drinks breaks. - Fine is £2 per minute for the excess number of minutes.
13. Any club failing to notify their result to the Result Secretary by text, fax or email within 24 hours of the game finishing will be penalized as follows:
        i)   First offence – fined £5.
       ii)   Second offence – fined £5 and 2 points deducted.
       iii)  Third offence – fined £5 and 4 points deducted.
       iv)  Fourth offence – fined £5 and 6 points deducted.
       v)  Any subsequent offence will be dealt with at the discretion of the Management Committee.
    
14. Failure to respond to mandatory requests for a reply from Management Committee - fine £25.
15. A fine will be doubled if it is not paid within one calendar month of the original date.
