This year's AGM will be held on 13th December at Ossett CC (7.15pm start). Clubs are reminded that attendance at the AGM is mandatory - any clubs not represented will be liable to a £25 fine.

Proposals for changes to the rules of CYCL have been discussed at management meetings over the past couple of months. As stated in the October management meeting minutes, these proposals have now been approved. The changes are as follows;
